As you probably saw when you read my 25 Random Things About Me List in Facebook, I've really come to enjoy baking. I avoided it for a long time, but now I've seen the error of my ways. It's amazing how many different things you can make with a few basic materials. Focaccia bread, pizza crust, corn muffins, blueberry pancakes, biscuits. The list goes on and on. I may go have a corn muffin right now.
What do you two like to bake? Any good recipes? I have to admit, my corn muffins are ... subpar.

In grad school I used the Tasajaga Bread book to bake wheat bread. Our new Cuisinart, which I bought for you to make curry sauce, has a bread attachment, so Dad made some pizza dough the other night. Other recipes I like are Amy's (mother and daughter) rolls. The problem with them is the dough has to sit in the frig overnight and it's SO tasty. Dad also makes pecan rolls, apple betty (?), and blueberry cobbler. For a while he was making me lemon meringue pie every night. An other pie favorite is sweet potato (Amy).
But what about the cookies? The oatmeal raisin specials I used to get everyday after school? What's the recipe for that?
