I am pretty great. Still, I should say that posting my running loops really isn't meant to be self-congratulatory. This blog, as much as it is about anything, is a kind of vague chronicle of my day-to-day operation--of which running is a considerable part. You started me down this road when you incentivized athleticism in middle school (ie. when you paid me to run).
