I received my finalized, official GRE scores in the mail yesterday. As I mentioned before, my verbal was significantly higher than my math. What I hadn't realized was that, apparently, the opposite is true for most test takers so in terms of how I did percentage-wise the difference is even more exaggerated.
Effectively, it's two A's (verbal and essay) and a F (math).
Aren't either of you good at math? How did I end up so bad at math?

I can see why candidates taking the GMAT would do better in math, but I'm surprised that that is the case in the GRE's. Perhaps I'm an ostrich with head buried in the sand, but I should think that quantification would only go so far in international law. However, I was suprised that my friend from the World Bank has a PhD in engineering. Hmmm what do they do with all that money?
I had a good advisory board meeting for my BCLA minor. They suggested that we publicize the minor on Facebook. Hmmm.
We're off to the mountains in the Chief (named after the Fighting Illini). The Chief had a bath today after a very messy trip to TU.
Have a great weekend.
